I'm passionate about addressing the problem of mis/disinformation by applying Systems Thinking.

I previously started a research project at WVU-HCI Lab on fighting visual framing bias that resulted in a CHI-2017 paper. As part of Stanford Crowd research I initiated and have been working on a proposal to make our platform “Daemo” a perfect information online labor marketplace.

I started misinfosystem.org to act as a hub to test my hypothesis about misinformation and Systems Thinking.

I've a B.Sc. in Engineering, my last position in this field was a senior engineer at I.A consultancy in Dubai where I was managing electro-mechanical works for three large scale projects.

I speak Arabic, English and little German. In my free time you probably find me reading a book, blogging, cycling or watching documentary films.
